If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

6-Month Warranty with A One-time Exchange Option

If your product develops any defect or stops working properly due to non-user-related issues within six months of the purchase date, you are entitled to a free one-time replacement.

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)Once the returned item arrives back in Festdo’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Eligibility:

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Festdo refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Process: Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the return or exchange. Please provide proof of purchase, and refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return.We will provide you with instructions and assist you through the process.

Refund: If you choose to return the product, a full refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs: For returns due to reasons unrelated to product defects or errors, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

6-Month Free One-Time Product Replacement Policy

To ensure peace of mind for our customers, Festdo provides a 6-month limited warranty for issues resulting from normal use, excluding accidental or intentional damage.

What is Covered?

This warranty applies to defects or issues caused by manufacturing or material flaws. Common examples include:

  • Cracks or splits in the phone case due to weak materials.
  • Peeling or warping of protective coatings or designs on the phone case.
  • Bubble formation, discoloration, or adhesive failure of a screen protector.
  • Significant wear or deformation of the product that occurs under proper use.

What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

1. Accidental Damage:

  • Dropping your phone or case and causing cracks, dents, or scratches.
  • Incorrect application of the screen protector leading to bubbles or misalignment.

2. Intentional Damage or Misuse:

  • Modifications, cutting, or alterations to the product.
  • Using the product for purposes other than its intended function.

3. Natural Wear and Tear:

  • Minor scuffs, scratches, or fading of colors that occur with prolonged use.
  • General deterioration from exposure to extreme heat, cold, or chemicals.

4. Third-Party Issues:

  • Defects caused by improper installation by the user.
  • Damage caused by using third-party products not sold or recommended by us.

How to Claim Your Warranty?

If you encounter a problem covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Share clear photos or videos showing the defect.

2.Verification Process:

  • Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
  • If necessary, we may request you to return the product for inspection (return shipping may be reimbursed if the claim is approved).

3.Resolution Options:

  • Replacement: You’ll receive a new product of the same model. If the model is out of stock, we will offer a similar or upgraded replacement.

  • Refund: In rare cases where replacement or repair is not feasible, a full or partial refund will be offered.

Terms and Conditions
